Join us for a special Hero WOD (Workout of the Day) on July 20th at CrossFit Verve in Denver, CO, to honor the Granite Mountain Hotshots, who tragically lost their lives in the line of duty in 2013.
About the Hotshots 19 Workout:
This challenging workout, designed to honor the 19 fallen firefighters, will be open to the public. CrossFit Verve is waiving their usual drop-in fee, but encourages donations to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation in its place.
WATERAX Steps Up to Support Our Firefighting Community:
WATERAX, a proud sponsor of this event, understands the importance of honoring our fallen heroes and supporting the wildland firefighter community. For each participant who completes the workout, WATERAX will donate $10 to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation.
Can't make it in person? You can still be a part of this meaningful cause by sharing a reel on Facebook or Instagram and tagging @WATERAX or @WATERAX_PUMPS using the #WATERAX. For every video shared, WATERAX will also make a donation to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation.

- 6 Rounds for Time
- 30 Air Squats
- 19 Power Cleans (135/95 lb)
- 7 Strict Pull-Ups
- 400-meter Run
- Donation: Instead of the usual $25 drop-in fee, we kindly ask for a donation.
- Refreshments: WATERAX and LMNT electrolyte drink mix will provide refreshments.
