Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative (CSR), International Sales, reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, Gabriella Gerbasi, based out of our head office located in Montreal, Quebec. The CSR will be responsible to process all international sales administrative activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service in a professional, timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain a good level of knowledge about the Company’s products and services and ensures customers are provided with accurate information
  • Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the Company’s CRM / ERP system and customer purchase orders
  • Ability to initiate corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained.
  • Initiates required action for response to customer requests for order changes, including the maintenance of orders and customer information (data files) which must be communicated to the appropriate personnel/departments.
  • Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers
  • Receives inquiries from and/or contacts the Company’s branch offices to resolve a variety of customer order related issues
  • Provides back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to all WATERAX policies and procedures pursuant to sales administration processes and guidelines.
  • Adhere to all WATERAX guidelines and policies in matters of ethics and code of conduct.

Education & Experience

  • College/Cegep Degree or equivalent, Business Administration preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Spanish is an asset.
  • Knowledge and understanding of a Manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • Technical knowledge of engine powered equipment is an asset.
  • Prior experience in a Customer Service role is an asset.

  • Excellent and effective oral and written communication abilities in English / French. Spanish is an asset.
