Ask for the real McCoy: TRUST THE MARK-3® TO MOVE WATER
When fires occur in remote locations such as wildland forests and mountainous regions, you need a lightweight, robust and compact portable pump, which will allow you to relocate quickly while minimizing fatigue. The MARK-3®, with its unmatched power-to-weight ratio and two-stroke engine, is your ideal solution.
It’s time to gear up! As we head from spring into summer, fire agencies are starting to plan for summer operations. Wildland firefighting requires durable, light and powerful equipment, and firefighters need to be well equipped to face a variety of situations. While trucks, pumps and hoses are all important tools, the equipment you carry is just as important.
Winter in many parts of the world means snow, and snow means skiing! Ski resorts in North America rely on snow pumps to ensure there is adequate snow cover for trails early in the season.
As the days get shorter and the winds turn chilly, companies that need to transport products and equipment in remote northern areas need to prepare for winter. Part of that effort includes being ready to create a path across snowy terrain and frozen creeks, rivers or lakes. This is typically done by making ice bridges or ice roads.
By making a donation to The Granite Mountain Fund, WATERAX is proud to support the dedicated men and women who protect our forests and most cherished natural resources from the ravages of wildfires!
Considering all the wildfires that ravaged landscapes in the past few months, it is necessary to think about restoration of the lands. Planting trees after wildfires is critical to mitigate further damage and establish a new forest for future generations. In partnership with various organizations in Canada and the United States, WATERAX has already donated 2500 trees since July to contribute to forest regeneration after severe wildfires.
